ATLAS Gyratory Sifter
The SWECO ATLAS Gyratory Sifter is our biggest sifter yet, offering high capacity screening in a low maintenance, operator-friendly design. The horizontal, uniform gyratory motion of the ATLAS provides the highest performance per screen area available on the market, which means sharper separations, higher volume, exceptional screen cleaning, low dynamic force and unparalleled material spread-ability.
Round Motion Rectangular Separators
The SWECO Round Motion (RM) Rectangular Shaker's highly-efficient round motion conveying action is created by a two-bearing vibratory system, designed to run at 1000-2200 RPM, producing up to 3-½ Gs acceleration.
V3 Dual Motion Rectangular Separators
The V3 offers both elliptical and linear motion with just a flip of a switch. Both motions provide benefits, but primarily linear motion offers superior solids conveyance, and elliptical motion generates a much gentler motion and provides excellent screen life. Benefits of the V3 include few moving parts requiring little maintenance, easy screen changes, adjustable deck angle, clean and compact interior and a sanitary design.
Universal Motion Rectangular Separators

The SWECO Sanitary Separator meets all requirements of 3-A Sanitary Standards and FDA requirements for food processing applications. Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel polished to a #4 Finish for all product contact surfaces, the Model SS separator is designed with a crevice-free interior and radius corner spouts to prevent product build-up and contamination.
DC Classifier
The DC Classifier is a multi-functional unit designed to dry, cool and classify all in one machine. Developed specifically for the plastic pellet industry, the DC Classifier is perfect for any dry application requiring one, two or all three functions ... drying, cooling or classifying.
